New market for tough-to-place risks

We are pleased to announce that we now have access to an additional market. Effective immediately, we are able to write tough-to-place business with Nationwide E&S/Specialty, rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best.

Acceptable risk characteristics include:

• Currently in cancellation or non-renewal status;
• Poor SMS scores;
• Unsatisfactory or Conditional DOT ratings; and
• Historical loss issues.

Other important notes:

• Scope: Truckers for hire, public auto, private commercial auto, dumps, etc.
• A minimum of five power units required
• $50,000 minimum auto liability premium required
• Coverages: Auto liability and physical damage
• States: All states except Massachusetts and D.C. (New Jersey - intermediate trucking operations only)
